PATG Supporters met with elected representatives to voice concerns about the time sensitive legislation moving in the US Congress that will directly impact their economic freedom and lifetime of savings. The meetings featured U.S. Representatives Jodey Arrington and Henry Cuellar who are working on the legislation, tax experts, and pollster Frank Luntz. There were also a series of meetings on Capitol Hill with legislators where PATG Supporters voiced their concerns about how the proposed tax provisions will affect their family businesses
These PATG events were attended by prominent families and business owners who are concerned about step-up in basis elimination, the estate tax exemption, increased income and capital gain taxes, and the creation of a wealth tax. The PATG Supporters events concluded with a special dinner hosted by Frank Luntz at his home.
