Scott A. Allen
Professional Experience:
Scott a Partner in Tava Port Streets LP. a real estate development and investment company. Tava currently develops land for the homebuilding industry and invests in residential and industrial real estate. Prior to Scott’s present position, the Allen family owned Citation Homes, a homebuilder with operations in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. In 2004 the Allen Family sold Citation Homes to Meritage Homes, a large publicly held homebuilder based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

From January of 2004 to December of 2006 Scott was the Division President of the Southern California Division of Meritage Homes. During that time the Southern California business grew from approximately 300 closings and $100 million in revenues to 615 closings and nearly $300 million in revenues in 2006. Scott started his homebuilding career in 1982 as a superintendent for Presley Homes.
Throughout his career, Scott has been active in the leading industry organizations. For five years he was on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association of Orange County and served a term as President. He sat on the Home Builders Council Board of Directors for six years and acted as Treasurer for the Organization. He has served on the Board of Directors for BIA/SC, CBIA and HomeAid Orange County and as a Trustee for Builders Consortium Trust.
Education:
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California in 1982, Scott earned his Light Construction and Development Management (L.C.D.M.) certificate from the University of California, Irvine. He subsequently acted as an instructor in the L.C.D.M. program. Scott also received a Certificate of Real Property Development from BIA/SC and USC. He was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity at USC.
Community Involvement:
Scott is currently on the Board of Directors for Human Options. Scott has been involved with fund raising activities for Human Options, Discovery Science Center, March of Dimes, City of Hope and the Boy Scouts. He also spent 8 years as a referee for AYSO and along with his wife is a Past President for his children’s swim team.

Kevin Bergman
Kevin Bergman launched and leads Olympus Ventures, the Family Office of Richard M. Schulze since its inception in 2000. He oversees all operation of the firm, which include investment, asset management, estate planning and the related financial affairs of its principal and family. Olympus represents three generations of the Schulze family.
Olympus Ventures is focused on multiple investment platforms that include Real Estate, alternative investment assets, public equity, and fixed income asset classes.

Kevin serves on several for-profit and non-profit boards. Current for-profit director’s position includes Advisory Board member for the Policy and Taxation Group. Further non-profit director positions include Trustee for the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation; Board member of Cassia a senior housing non-profit that provides continuum of care facilities in Minnesota, Colorado, Florida, Iowa and North Dakota, and newly elected board member of the Catholic Schools Center of Excellence Board of Directors whose mission is to enhance excellence and increase enrollment in the Minnesota Catholic schools.
Prior to forming Olympus Ventures, Kevin spent nearly 25 years practicing as a consultant with clients regarding business advisory and tax planning needs.
Kevin resides in Edina, MN and Naples FL with his wife Rene. He has four adult children and seven grandchildren.

Noah Hannon
Noah Hannon is the Chief Operating Officer of ABS Legacy Partners, LLC, where he leads operational strategy and oversees the delivery of comprehensive family office services to a growing client base. Under his leadership, ABS transitioned from a single-family office founded in 2011 to a multi-family office registered with the SEC in 2023, reflecting its expanded scope and regulatory commitment.
Noah brings a strong background in financial services, having previously served as a Credit Portfolio Manager in Truist Bank’s Specialty Wealth division.

A graduate of Appalachian State University, Noah was a four-year starter and team captain for the Mountaineers’ championship-winning football team, demonstrating leadership, resilience, and team-building—qualities he continues to bring to his professional and community roles. He recently completed the Certified Financial Planning program at NC State University and is preparing to sit for the CFP® certification exam.
Noah resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife, Julia, and their daughter. He is passionate about governance, legacy planning, and fostering sustainable growth in both business and community settings.

Robert F. Mancuso
Robert F. Mancuso is a private-equity pioneer and respected thought leader in alternative assets. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Capri Capital Partners, a family office, which through its White Knight Capital Fund focuses exclusively on helping mid-sized family-held businesses preserve their legacies. As the founding President and CEO of Merrill Lynch Capital Partners, he launched Wall Street’s first captive private-equity fund and introduced the celebrated “white knight” model that shielded publicly traded companies from hostile takeover, and was previously an attorney with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Alexander F. Paul
Alex Paul is a lawyer-entrepreneur reimagining wealth management and philanthropy for himself and others. Alex is a co-founder and board member of Give, a TIFIN company, which is a fintech philanthropy platform, as well as LENA, an operating nonprofit which seeks to close the gap in early childhood language development. He also founded Wealthgate Trust Company (a Nevada registered trust company) as a trust administration solution for ultra-high net worth families to protect and sustain family wealth through successive generations, and Wealthgate LLC, which provides trust services, including philanthropy advising and next-generation support. Alex is the founder and CEO of his single-family office, Peregrine Family Office, in Boulder, Colorado. He is of counsel at the law firm Harrison LLP and serves on the board of his alma mater, the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
