Tell Congress Where You Stand - Act Now
Two major family business and private company events are headed here in June, the Congressional Family Business Caucus and the Private Company Governance Summit.
The Congressional Family Business Caucus will be held June 9 on Capitol Hill, while the Private Company Governance Summit will be held June 10 – 12 at The Westin DC Downtown.
The June 9 Congressional Family Business Caucus will focus on the topic: “Fuel for Growth: Capital Solutions for Family Business.”
During the Caucus, attendees will meet with Members of the Congressional Family Business Caucus, policy experts, and family-owned business leaders discussing the challenges they face accessing capital to fuel family-owned business growth.
The Caucus meeting will feature members of Congress, new research findings, political and policy “state of play” insights from policy experts at the government affairs and law firm, Brownstein, and family business leaders discussing how they’re addressing capital needs as they prepare for growth and for the Next Generation of leadership.
In addition, attendees will visit directly with Congressional House Members and their staff.
Pat Soldano, President, and John Gugliada, Director of Engagement, for Family Enterprise USA will host the Caucus meeting, which is part of its ongoing work in Washington, D.C., on behalf of family-owned businesses.

The summit will also have panel discussions and speakers providing insights, strategies, expertise, and future-focused mindsets.
